Tiffany completed both her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Communication Science and Disorders at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Immediately following her graduate externship in 2005, Tiffany accepted a position as a traveling speech therapist. On one of her assignments in Florida, she met the owner of Fusion HealthCare, Toni Sexton. After several assignments to Florida, Tiffany was offered a position with Fusion HealthCare as the Rehab Director.

Tiffany has been working as a Speech/Language Pathologist for 15 years. She has advanced her career with Fusion and is currently the Administrator of Outpatient Services. Although she loves her administrative role, including educating staff and colleagues, she is most fulfilled in treating patients. This is where Tiffany’s professionalism and passions intersect to form the perfect “fusion” of therapeutic expertise and patient-centered care. “What I love most about Fusion is that patient’s needs always come first,” said Tiffany. In a most recent collaborative effort,

Tiffany wrote and created standards of care and evidence-based protocols for Fusion’s groundbreaking “Unforgettable” memory care program.

Outside of her work with Fusion, this wife and mother of two finds time to give back to her community. Tiffany is currently working on a grant-funded research project with the Parkinson’s Association called Tremble Clefs. This outpatient community-based therapy project provides Parkinson’s patients, family members, and caregivers an opportunity to use music therapy to improve their voice, communication techniques, and overall quality of life. Tiffany explained, “I love being able to help people express their wants and needs and find their own voice.”

With her community advocacy and advancement for excellence in patient care, it is easy to see how Tiffany is an integral part of the Fusion family
